FEES & FUNDING

As a non-profit organisation our programme fees are calculated to cover the cost of the course.

The price of £6,700 includes private  accommodation, meals and world-class study facilities so that you can conveniently focus on the learning experience.

Our Programme fee includes:

Luxurious accommodation at the Moller Centre (including private work space)

On-site leisure facilities

All meals and beverages (healthy options, allergy options and other dietary requirements are available upon request)

Gala Dinner at one of Cambridge University’s most historic buildings

An enrolment fee of £500 is required upon successful admission, this is deducted from the Programme fee. With our  admission we donate 15% to social projects in education.

FEES, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

The programme fee covers tuition, materials, accommodations, and most meals. No payment is necessary until you have been accepted.After application a non-refundable £500 deposit is required to secure your place payable no more than 15 days after acceptance and is deducted from the total programme fee.

Full payment is required prior to the programme start date. If you need to cancel or defer participation, you must submit your request in writing before the start of the programme.

 Cancellations 14-30 days prior to the start of the programme are subject to a fee of 50% of the programme fee. Cancellations 60 days prior to the start of the programme will be subject to a fee of 35% of the programme fee. Cancellations 14 days prior will be subject to full payment.  

All refunds are at the discretion of EICOM and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Accommodation

We try to make sure that you don’t miss anything during this intense week. You will sleep in one of the luxurious and spacious rooms which are equipped with a work space and an en-suite bathroom.

Enough Space

The Moller Centre offers enough space for you to sit down in work-groups, take a little break, relax or to socialise on the roof terrace, within the bar area and restaurant.

Study Facilities

The Moller Centre offers features several teaching rooms and lecture theatres where world-class teaching takes place.

Food & Beverages

Our Programme includes three buffet-style meals a day. The Moller Centre serves delicious, healthy food options to help fuel your learning journey. Please let us know about any food allergies or dietry requirements in advance.

Activities

Our team will also ensure that you have fun by offering some ‘after-class’ activities. These may be outdoor activities, a BBQ, sight seeing or our well-known ‘Gala Dinner’.
